MISSION: To develops supplier's expertise to produce quality products within short lead-times and low cost.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a quality production leader, who can potentially play the role of quality manager, who can satisfy sport’s users by limiting the risk of quality issues which can come to sport’s product.
+ Daily tasks:
• Control product’s quality from material’s incoming to the final production’s step based on Decathlon's requirement (through manual control or testing)
• Solving problem: Analyze the root cause, define quickly the Corrective action plan & Preventive action plan
+ Long-term mission:
• Manage indirectly Supplier's quality management system by writing & managing a long-term quality project with supplier with clear ambition, roadmap, and action plan
• Quality performance monitoring & debrief with supplier
• Review production process, challenge & improve (based on Decathlon Production Requirement)
• Develop autonomy's level of supplier’s quality team (challenging, coaching, training ...)
• Ensure that all Decathlon's requirements link to safety, social compliance, toxicology, quality system is well respected through frequently monitor & yearly audit

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Detailed, practical, precise, have a sense of quality control
• Problem solving skills
• Project management skills
• Experience in industrial, technical, quality environment would be an advantage
• Excellent in English (Speaking French is an advantage)
• Practicing sports
• Having bachelor's degree or upper (preferable with major in engineering, quality, production or industrial management)
