Quality Position - Customer Automotive Engineer

*Our Business was successfully and awarded additional business in the Region South East Asia and India Pacific. To support existing plants and further growth in the region we are seeking for a Customer Automotive Technician/Engineer located in Vietnam Hai Phong
• Work in international cross-functional teams
• Treatment of 0-km complaints, verification of complaint, boundary conditions
• On-site analysis of the vehicle
• Performing small repairs (for example replacement of transmission hydraulics)
• Support for the return of damaged parts for analysis
• Support/check of series quality and new start-ups (shift quality, acoustics, ATF oil level series checks)
• Perform / monitor sorting actions
• Checking consignment goods before returning them to customer plants
• Assessment of transport damage with regard to responsibility and cost-effectiveness
• Network in the factory (Haiphong plant)

• Native Vietnamese speaker and good skills in English language
• Hands-on experiences as car mechanic/electrician, master craftsman or Engineer
• Min. 3 years of working experience
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• High reliability and accurateness
• Good communication skills
• Good mechanical and technical skills
• Good MS Office skills
• Team player and self-directed work style, resilient, flexible
• Willingness to go overseas for trainings
