Quality Manager (Project Management Officer) - Software Development

Job title: PMO (Project Management Office)
Level: Manager
Report to: QM Manager
Work location: Floor 9, Etown 3, 364 Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh District, HCM

Job description:
- Standardize project management processes, tools, techniques and templates.
- Keep track of progress and ensuring activities' completion of projects.
- Improve project management capabilities in the organization by providing training, mentoring and coaching to personnel to increase their competence and skills.
- Follow standard system and model: ISO, ISMS, CMMI.
- Coordinate groups of division to reach company objectives on deadline.
- Create detailed reports for upper management.

* Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
- At least 7 years of related quality assurance experience, including supervisory experience.
- Professional or internal certification(s) may be required, depending on job assignment.

* Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and procedures related to quality assurance.
- Effective management skills.
- Understanding or experience of working with ISO, CMMI, ISMS.
- Advanced understanding of Waterfall, Agile software development process.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good Japanese skill: equivalent to N2 at least (or able to communicate in Japanese well).
- Advantage is experience of software development (design, programming, testing).
- Able to analyze & classify bug data, statistic root causes based on bug reports from project members.
- Able to predict trends or risks from analysis.
- Coaching and training skill.
