Quality Manager

- Responsible for quality control and quality assurance in the Offset Printing and Packaging products
- Drive the team in charge in suppliers to ensure that their products meet the organization’s quality standards by audit, improvement and evaluation
- Incoming material quality control and improvement
- Process control and improvement to ensure that quality assurance activities meet established targets and standards in the process
- Outgoing inspection control and improvement
- Customer Audit in Charge, ensure all factory conditions such as process and system to meet customer requirements and expectations
- Corrective and Preventive Action process for Non-Conformances by SCAR/8D report
- Responsible for managing the activities and ensuring the quality management system complies with ISO and the work of environmental management systems in accordance with the laws of the government.
- Carry out an internal audit of the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system and issue and supervise reports of corrective action and prevention of violations.
- Conduct periodic environmental monitoring and expedited waste disposal and reporting to relevant authorities.
2 Ensure items produced meet the production quality standards.
- Monitor quality levels of the products produced daily.
- Ensure quality standards and ISO requirements are maintained.
- Conduct CAPA sessions & daily meeting with the relevant stake holders
- Record and Analyze internal rejections & customer complaints
3 Develop products & continuously improve processes of the plant operation.
- Collect data for product specification for every job
- Activate the test sampling approval process for new products & new raw materials
- Collect data to maintain product and process specifications.
4 Attend to routine activities of the Division.
- Assisting to PM to continuous improvement of ISO, 5S & Kaizen activities.
- Assisting to PM to do the filing, & issues relating to above-mentioned areas.

* Academic Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certificate: Quality management Diploma
- School achievement: G C E Advanced Level

* Professional Qualifications: At least 3 – 5 years in Quality Management areas. Experience in printing company is preferable

- Strong English communication skill, other languages would be the advantage
- Responsibility, ability to work under high pressure

* Job Competencies
- Competency in computer
- Knowledge on all QA functions in Offset
- Understanding of Quality and environmental systems such as ISO9001, 14001 and ISO-12647-2
- Familiar with QC tool, 8D, 5S
- Product knowledge
