Quality Manager

- In charge to make sure the QMS is conform to the standard ISO 9001:2015 and improve it continuously and to change the mindset of the people regarding the quality approach.
- In charge of implementing improvements to reach requirements for medical (ISO 13485) markets/customers (automotive IATF 16949 would be a plus).
- Claim management and improvement (client & supplier)
- Audits, suppliers and clients’ visits
- Implement risk analysis approach
- Improve raw materials inspection for medical
- Improve effectiveness of QC testing (FG & RM)
- Non conformity management
- Increase internal control for every process
- Report progress of global improvement action plan to group
- Review Quality Document: Manual, Procedure, Work Instruction, Forms
- Prepare internal audit plan, perform annual audit and present audit findings.
- Lead management meeting, external audit certification, customers’ audit, risk assessment, KPI results, action plans
- Upgrade the company mindset and protocols to the industry’s international standard levels as to guarantee our worldwide customers requirements they expect from a multinational group.
- Deploying the quality management tools, create adhesion of the colleagues, and adjust all necessary items to improve the system to the required level.
- Make sure the QMS rules are applied in every department and updated regularly
- Implement quality based markets requirements (automotive, medical...) inside the QMS to improve it in order to be able to develop those markets
- Claim, Internal Non Conformity, Corrective and Preventive actions from action plans follow up

- Bachelor / Master’s degree in Chemistry
- Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015
- Good knowledge of ISO 13485:2016
- ISO 31000
- SPC/ Statistics for process and product control
-IATF 16949 would be a plus
- Open minded and good relationship skills, easy to work with both local and international environment.
- Fluent and well established in English (mandatory)
-Management and Leadership skills to improve company mindset
- Quality professional and justify at least 10 years in the function in leading international groups operating in Vietnam.
- Have experience in industrial work and factory with processes.
