Quality Manager

1. Implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System for the factory.
2. Control QC team to check ( with total 20 staff)
- Incoming goods.
- Goods during production.
- Out-going goods.
3. Handle customer complaint and communicate other sections to drive quality improvement as well as customer's satisfaction.
5. Implement KPI system for QA.
6. Instruct, build and train the QC team & Operators.

1. University graduated, major in industrial engineering field related to quality control.
2. Having at least 5 years experience in the same position in a Manufacturing company.
3. Proactive, logical thinking, hardworking, leading skill.
4. Good knowledge about 5S and lean production.
5. Have experience in plastic will be prefer (plastic injection, plastic assembly)
6. Living in Binh Duong or willing to work in Binh Duong.
