Mô tả công việc
(1) Review and approval for all Plans such as Project Quality Plan (PQP), Site Quality Management Plan (SQMP) and Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP)
(2) Review and approval for all Project Quality Procedures, Inspection and Test plan (ITP), Method Statement, Work Instruction and other documents related to quality control
(3) Review and approval of quarterly External & Internal Quality Audit Plan and Schedule
(4) Carry out the External & Internal Quality Audit periodically (each quarter/ 1 time).
(5) Review and approval of External & Internal Quality Audit Report before official submission to Employer’s Representative (ER)
(6) Follow-up and close-out all CAR(s) and NCR(s) issued by SCC and Employer’s Representative (ER).
(7) Review and approval of Management Review Plan and Management Review Reports
(8) Carry out Management Review Meeting annually ( 1 year/ 1 time)
(9) Coordinate and response to Employer and ER’s issues relate to quality activities.
(10) Review and approval of Education and Training Plans Yearly/ Periodically
(11) Carry out improvement activities based on Management Review Meeting and analysis of quality data periodically.
(12) Evaluate and internal approval of raw materials and suppliers in order to provide main Materials and Measuring &Testing Equipment (M&TE) for the project.
(13) Review and approval of all issued RISC related to quality activities
(14) Supervise all inspections and tests of incoming materials in Laboratories
(15) Management and approval of all incoming inspections & tests in order to warrant the good raw materials and M&TE before using in construction.
(16) Establish criteria acceptance and testing activities for all subcontractors/ suppliers to follow based on the approved Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
(17) Follow up and management of all quality activities to achieve the quality objectives and Key Performance Index (KPI).
(18) Review the Progress Quality Monthly Report and attend the Daily, Weekly and Monthly QA/QC Meeting.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
(1) At least 8-10 years by manager in quality
(2) Good in English and communication
(3) High responsibility
(4) Lead auditor at least three time
(5) Experience internal audit 3 times at least
(6) Have Auditor certificate (for internal audit) and independent Lead auditor certificate (three time work as Leader team of external audit)
