We are looking for Quality Engineer (Footwear/Apparel/Equipment) with following key responsibilities:
Lead continuous improvement at the factory through proper quality initiatives, prevention and risk management.
Must be able to directly influence factory QMS through a close working relationship with key vendor and factory quality personnel.
Be accountable for delivering consistently high-quality product as measured through all QM KPIs/Metrics.
Act as a coach and mentor for VF QA team as well as all factory QA.
Job location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. This role would include a minimum travel of 80%.

The Ideal Candidate should:
Have 8-10 years relevant experience and 2-3 years in supervisory role.
Have Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Quality Management / Logistics / Mathematics.
Communicate in English well in both its written and oral forms.
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
Have Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Be familiar with 5S / ISO 9001 / 8D problem solving.
Have knowledge in SPC, CPK and Six Sigma disciplines (FMEA would be advantageous).
Have sewing, Construction and Factory Operations Knowledge.
