Working location: Binh Duong Plant
A. General job scope
• This position is responsible for the sites Food Safety program and Quality of all products made on site. These tasks are instrumental in the implementation and currency of the HACCP program and Quality Policies. They also include providing guidance in this regard to the quality partners, laboratory personnel and production
staff.
• It is a leadership position on the site and requires a high level of engagement and the ability to balance other objectives of the site in particular safety and environment.
B. Main responsibilities
• Management of implementation and operation of the site Quality system (QPs, other systems).
• Continuously drive improvements in the production and cheese making area whilst balancing against other site KPI’s.
• Driving Quality system for: setting standard, improving standard. Owner system and implemented system in the site.
• Train operators & build quality culture at line into Zero Q Defect.
• Ensure all audit criteria regarding production are met.
• Manage and provide expertise for a range of site pre requisite and support programs i.e. extraneous matter, rework management, allergen management.
• Consumer complaint investigations pertaining to issues from the Production area (as designated by Quality Manager).
• Provide technical support to Quality Partner Release on issues requiring escalation.
• Complete tasks as assigned by QA manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with quality related technical experience.
• A broad range of experience is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and Sanitation manuals.
• Broad understanding of Quality Policies and Systems.
• Knowledge and understanding of quality systems (HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000) and GMPs.
• Tertiary qualifications in science, food technology, engineering or equivalent.
• Training in Quality Management Systems and Quality Auditing.
• Formal lean training such as Green or Black belt would be highly regarded.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with quality related technical experience.
• A broad range of experience is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and Sanitation manuals.
