Quality Engineer

1. BASIC JOB PURPOSE
♦ Assist the QC Manager to manage all trial which developed in production

2. JOB DIMENSION (Depth and Width to give an indication of scope)
♦ Interaction within QC team: Color /Chemical/ Physical / Inspection Team
♦ Interaction within production team: Knitting / LAB/ Dyeing /Finishing /Planning

3. MAIN DUTIES (Activities or duties to full fill the job requirement)
♦ Assist to QC Manager in routine tasks of the department
♦ Manage all trial which developed in production to assure that all data will be updated on system on time
Strongly concentrate on:
- Receive trial information & assign the necessary test to QC LAB’ Team up to the trial purpose
- Update all color , chemical , physical test result on system on time (follow testing time schedule)
- Summarize all trial as well as production data for QC Manager ‘s review
- Prepare sample, specimen of all trial for each trial meeting
- Trial sample , specimen preservation management
- Report to G.D/ Production Manager / Production Department Manager if any request
♦ Support all QC Team to complete duties on time
♦ Any assignment other than above descriptions assigned by QC Manager

4. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (End results)
♦ All trial test result updated on system on time
♦ Test result need to be analysed by logical way based on trial purpose
♦ All material need to be ready on time for the trial meeting
♦ Keep QA Manager be informed timely for all trial information/ issue

5. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
♦ University graduation (Chemical or Textile field) with experience in quality control are the advantages
♦ Ability to communicate in English
♦ Good communication skills
♦ Analytical mind / Willingness to learn / Team Player/ Motivated person
♦ Ability to work flexibly with colleges to achieve team objectives

- Working in a professional environment, EU standard
- Transportation from Hanoi to Hung Yen and vice versa
