Mô tả công việc
* 1 Vietnamese candidate will work at HCM, 1 Vietnamese candidate will work at HN
* Department: Outdoor & ActionSports Apparel QA
* Key Purpose of the Job:
Take ownership of the quality produced by the factory assigned, establish effective quality management system and lead the factory quality team to safeguard quality, so as to drive continuous improvement.
*Key Area of Responsibility:
1. Monitor the quality of any collections from first production run, through pre-production meeting, in-line control and testing.
2. Assisting the souring office in the coordination with factory upon request, also provide day to day support with specific quality risk level to the operation team for quick troubleshooting.
3. To conduct vendor performance data analyses to evaluate the quality level of the factory.
4. Establish proper documentation that describes how processes are executed and how problems are detected.
5. Identifies and implement best practice improvements within process, equipment and manufacturing requirements.
6. Developing effective process metrics and provide a process predictive statement when the process is stable.
7. Offer training, support and supervision to CFA (certified factory auditor)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Minimum Relevant Experience: Experience 8 – 10 years in garment, including 5 years in relevant experience.
- Prefer candidates from brands
- Prefer candidates have experience or knowledge of ISO
- Prefer Female Candidate
- Prefer candidates who have experience in equipment (bags, backpack)
* Minimum Academic Requirement: Bachelor (Technical School with strong QE background will also be considered)
* Major Subjects: Engineering / Quality Management / Engineering / Quality Management / Mathematics
* Required Written Language: English (Good)
* Required Oral Language: English (Fluent)
* Required Competencies:
- Continuous Improvement
- Contributing to team success
- (Effective) Communication
- Driving Execution (of the factory QA team)
* Other Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Sewing and machinery skill
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Familiar with 5S/ ISO 9001/ 8D problem solving
- Knowledge in SPC, FMEA is an advantage
