Quality Deployment Manager

Responsible for setting up and implementation quality control, quality testing procedures in Factory. Working with department heads to have corrective actions and follow up those actions to reduce customer complaints and non- conforming products.

1. Set up quality testing, quality control procedures
2. Responsible for implementation of quality procedures on shop floor and in Quality Deployment department
3. Analyze customers’ complaints, internal complaints, non- conforming products and work with relevant departments to propose preventive actions
4. Responsible for actions relating to quality improvement (customer complaints) are done within timeline
5. Working with Sales, customer service as well as visiting customers to understand customers’ need in term of quality.
6. Participate, lead projects relating to quality improvements.

1. Experience in setting up quality department for manufacturing companies.
2. 2 years’ experience in QA/QC roles for manufacturing companies
1. Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
2. Good presentation skills.
3. Good analysis skills.
4. Knowledge in Quality inspection, quality control, ISO certificate, Textile certification (Ecotex, WRAP)
5. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Green Belt six sigma preferred
6. Knowledge of yarn and chemical preferred
7. Be mature, hands on, self-discipline, decisive, cooperative, follow up and follow through actions.
8. Good at English ( writing , speaking )
