Purpose of the Job:
The Quality Controller is in charge of the execution and report of the quality controls on site.
Organisational Reporting:
This position reports hierarchically & Functionally to the Quality Manager.
Objectives and responsibilities:
- Perform directly (or coordinate with field teams), the technical controls during /after installation of equipment as per defined protocols.
- Perform the goods incoming control on arrival in warehouse.
- Report in real time all results and especially non-conformities.
- Follow-up progress of mitigation for non-conformities.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor degree (electrical or electromechanical)
Desired Knowledge/ Experience:
Min 2 year experience in QC / supervisory work.
Capability to understand construction electrical/ mechanical drawings and/or method statements.
Behavioral Skills/ Competencies:
- Confidentiality and Ethical behavior.
- Able to work autonomously and take initiatives.
- Good relational skills, ability to communicate.
- Dynamic and rigorous.
- Good practice of Microsoft office tools.
- Languages: Vietnamese & English.
Location:
Based in Hanoi ACR main office, but mostly works on site and warehouse. (Ga Ha Noi to Nhon)

Hanoi Line 3 - which is 12.5 km-long - is the second metro line under construction in the city. The commercial operation is expected in 2021, with the capacity of 8,600 People Per Hour and Per Direction (PPHPD). This capacity will be increased to 30,000 within 10 years of operations.
