Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai
Processes in charge: Element, assembly & CKD packaging
1. Full control of internal quality process for all processes in charge
2. Support all growing project regarding to all processes in charge
3. Control nonconformity product and process relevant to all processes in charge
4. Plan annually system/process audit and review and analysis the outcome result
- Quality reporting in the plant
- Define action improvement and follow up
5. Coordinate for:
- Problem solving, defect analysis (problem solving process)
- Implementation of customer quality requirements
- Internal quality training

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree (technical background): Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is an advantage
- Minimum 3-years of relevant experience
- Excellent command of English
- Good at cooperation, communication and presentation
- Good understanding of process management & problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading and coaching team members
