Quality Control Supervisor (Giám Sát Quản Lí Chất Lượng) - Work At Quang Nam

1.) Objective of the function:

• To ensure quality of products is in accordance with internal quality standards and specifications agreed with customers.
• To ensure the Company Rules are adhered to in Quality department and Quality Policies are strictly adhered to in the company.
• To ensure process are complied with quality system and internal procedures.

2.) Main responsibilities:

• Supervise and control the strategic quality target according to quality system requirement.
• Execute and control QC procedures for raw materials/semi-finished goods/finished goods in compliance with standards.
• Drive process improvement basing on customer complaint and data analysis of process control.
• Organize documents and reports (sample trial result, bulk trial result, testing result analysis, control plan,etc.) according to guideline
• Ensure procedures in Quality department are followed according to Safety Employee Conduct.
• Housekeeping, timekeeping, absenteeism of staff in accordance with existing Company Rules.
• To coach and develop subordinates to support their duties.
• Other task assigned by superior.

• Technical knowledge to understand Data Color systems tools and process
• Ability to promote teamwork with good understanding of behavior and motivation at work
• Strong interpersonal communication skill.
• Know the basic office software such as Excel , Word , Email , SAP system and others basic applications
• English Skills
