The role of the Quality Control Structural Engineer is to ensure Austal has the best overall quality control in regards to the ship structure and ensure HSE plans, procedures and standards are maintained and well executed in line with Vietnamese Legislative and Austal Group requirements.
The Quality Control Structural Engineer shall assist HSEQ manager/ Site Services to provide direction and guidance to Management, Production teams and Employees on HSE issues within the workplace

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum 05-year working experience in the field of Quality assurance/ Quality control in manufacturing.
• Strong strategic and conceptual skills with ability to execute and follow through.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement of the processes, policies, standards.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and accident investigation.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
• Able to work with Microsoft Office as other industry standard computer programs.
• Experience working with Subcontractors.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates with Shipbuilding experience are preferred.
• NDT inspector certificates.
• ISO 9001 certificate.
• Be able to work with the total station machine.
