Job Responsibility:
- To maintain Quality Management System for the QC Department
- To achieve quality objective of the QC Department
- To act as Internal Quality Auditor as require by IQS procedures
- To manage the documentation system for the QC Department
- To maintain good inter department working relationship for both internal and external QC
- To manage manpower review for QC Department from time to time
- To ensure Safety and Health regulation are complied with in the working area
- To manage preventive and corrective action with regards to all the feedback/complaints for the product
- To attend all the annual quality meetings organized by buyers
- To manage third party QC
- To maintain Quality Management System for the QC Department
- To achieve quality objective of the QC Department

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Key Requirements:
- Engineering background with minimum of ten years in manufacturing and production environment, preferably from the furniture industry
- Minimum of ten years in leadership position
- Excellent understanding and experience of production and ODM
- Excellent business English. Knowledge of Vietnamese and Chinese will be advantageous
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving abilities
