PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure quality and food safety specification and requirement are fully followed.
- Ensure that customer requirements and expectations for product quality are fully met.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
- Report to National QA&QC Manager
- Subordinates: QC Supervisors
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow Company’s regulations, including, not limited to, Food Safety & Quality, Safety – Health – Environment
- Responsible for writing and updating test methods, specifications, work instructions, procedures
- Responsible for controlling raw & packaging materials, semi-product, end – product, hygienic condition of equipment & tools (factory, milk chilling center, and farm), and water & waste water quality to ensure they are fully met the standards
- Responsible for controlling documents, record, data and activities of department as stated in Procedure & Work instruction
- Responsible for validation & trial run for change of equipment, process, product and raw & packaging material
- Take a lead for trouble shooting team relating to the product quality within the factory
- Responsible for handle market complaint (investigate route cause, answer to customer & take corrective action) technically
- Lead the PQ pillar to achieve the company’s WCOM goal
- Maintain & improve safety conditions at QC department, and support other areas in the factory to detect near miss, unsafe working conditions within the factory
- Audit IMS and FoQus as an internal auditor
- Support other operational companies to build up FoQus FS&Q
- Manage the department budget, prepare and control operating budget of the department
- Manage Lab equipment, chemicals and glassware in the department
- Manage, coach, train and develop subordinates
- Other tasks as assigned by National QA&QC Manager

1. Education & knowledge:
- Education: Bachelor degree of Chemistry, Microbiology, or Food technology
- Knowledge: Milk science, dairy processing/ packing technology, Lab management, Quality and Food Safety management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, GMP; HACCP; ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HAS …)
2. Functional experience & skills
- Experience: 7 years experience in QA and QC of food company, at least.
- Skills: Leadership, systems audit, computer (MS Word, Excel, power point)
- English: fluent communication
INTERNAL ORGANIZATION
1. Training activities that will be provided to the incumbent
- Topics relate to the position ( will be defined depending on real situation)
- Learning by doing
2. Possible Career progression (next move in career path in same or different disciplines):
- Rotate to QA as QA manager
- Be developed and take role of QAQC manager at Opco.
- Be developed and take role at quality management area of Business Group
- For different disciplines, will be defined depending on career aspiration
