Mô tả công việc
- Manage and supervise Quality Control Operators and Leaders in shift (8hrs/shift).
- Resource (headcount, tools, consumables) planning to ensure continuous operation of the team.
- Train, instruct and monitor to ensure all members in team had the skills to do their work and follow procedures and instructions.
- Confirm the non-conformity which is detected in sampling inspection in BA and OBA (Out of Box Audit) as well as Process audit.
- Containment action for non-conforming product in timely basis.
- Effectively communicate to all related department about issues detected in sampling inspection and process audit.
- Escalate information to higher level for critical issue belong to quality such as: stop line, stop shipment.
- Co-operation with cross functional team for quality improvement activities.
- Daily, weekly do report to Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Educational background: Preferable Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Electronics, Mechanical...
- Experiences: At least 2 years work at SMT and Final Assembly Quality Control in electronics manufacturing. Inspection and Quality engineering/assurance techniques, procedures and general business operations.
- Skills: Good solving problem skill, team work, management skill. Good organizational & analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Others: Work in 3 shift pattern.
- Experiences: At least 2 years work at SMT and Final Assembly Quality Control in electronics manufacturing. Inspection and Quality engineering/assurance techniques, procedures and general business operations.
