Quality Control Engineer

Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai

1. Representative for quality controller in project management phase and series production phase
- Main reference for standard and non-standard failure mode on final assembly product
- Involvement in conducting risk analysis on internal and external quality
- Update/create the document according to quality requirement, such Acceptance standard,
- Reaction Plan, process FMEA
- Observe or do layer process confirmation in quality controlling to contain non-conformity, such as GEMBA check, FMEA line walk
- Acting as a core member in all assigned project of new line, new product release and application

2. Daily production quality coordinator
- Follow up non-conformity topics happened during production in systematic ways
- Involvement in further investigation team
- Quality gate for final decision on block/ release final product, provide data report for communicating with customer when required

3. Assist working team members in fulfilling defined quality target per year
- Acting as core member in problem solving PSS, 8D internal/external customer quality complaint
- Suggestion scheme, CIP project improvement, safety and other coordinating activity

4. Assist and cooperate with other plants as function of push-belt central network in assembly area
- Communication of 8D and LL for consideration within FMEA to ensure updates & completeness
- Define & establish a process for immediate communication of Q-alert
- Exchange knowledge with TbP & SlpP, coordinate to standardize all quality documentation, reaction plan, change management, in horizontally with other plant
- Leading/ cooperate to improve cleanliness of assembly

- University degree (technical background): Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering is preferred
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Good command of English
- Good at communication, cooperation and presentation skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Good understanding of process management and problem-solving tools and methods
