Quality Control Engineer

Depending on your experience and position you register, you will be arranged for these following jobs:

• Quality Engineer (NDI):
 Research, develop NDT technical with aviation products, NDT procedure at the factory.
 Manage NDI process approval from NADCAP/ Customer
 Monitor training, qualification for NDT inspector
• Quality Planning:
 Control Quality Management System AS9100:2016
 In charge of creating and revising all procedure of company
 Managing to achieve the certification of the internal and external quality system
 Control Quality KPI and Quality cost
 Operate and monitor training programs for inspectors to achieve certification
• Special Process Quality Engineer:
 Special Process Quality Control in factory
 Review New/Revised Specification
 Manage the new/ reapproval of special process (NADCAP and Customer)
 Manage the qualification of Man & Machine
 Manage periodic test /Material Control
 Support Engineering for Process Development
 Perform Internal Audit for Special Process
• Quality Engineer (Lab)
 Evaluate Material by metallographic methods.
 Control chemical solutions by analysis
 Execute calibration in-house and maintain Master & Traceability.
 Train and flow down requirements to inspector.
 Build and maintain Lab system to meet Quality system management Standards.
 Manage Lab approval from customer.
• Quality Engineer:
 Material incoming control
 Make Material receiving inspection instruction
 Make Final Inspection check list
 Part quality control in factory as customer required (DWG, SPEC)
 In-process Quality control
 Technical documents review (BOM, R/S, MQS)
 Problem solving/Analysis/report for nonconformance happened (QNC/CAR/SQR…)
 Receive & solve custormer claim if happened
 Responsible for customer audit
 Ensure Part Quality before shipment

• Graduated from University. Major: Mechanics, Material, WeldingWelding
• Graduated year: 2016 to 2019
• Have these skills, certificate will be preferred:
 English good (Toeic 500 plus)
 Understanding about NDI, Welding, Heat Treat, Chemical Process
 NDI Certificate Level II, III
 Have knowledge of ISO 17025 or ISO 9001, 2015
