Mô tả công việc

- Monitoring customer claim (warranty claim data; global information bank)
- Be window to receive claim information from customers and share it to concern departments
- Be window to contact and communicate with factory QC/R&D/service to investigate problems
- Release the service news (technical know-how) to concern dept.
- Organize face to face meeting/TVC meeting with Daikin factory
- Opportunity for the business trip to learn technical know-how of Daikin affiliates

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Male, Age: 22~26
- Bachelor of Thermal Engineering/ Heat & Refrigeration Engineering or relevant fields
- Have at least 1 year of experience in air conditioning or related field
- TOEIC 500 and upwards
