Mô tả công việc
JOB SCOPE
1. Ensuring all quality of coffee of purchase, store, process and export is always done so in the correct quality manner.
2. Ensuring all quality staffs are aware of their responsibilities and job descriptions. The Chief quality make sure that the Quality Department at the warehouse is fully staffed and operational at all times, including all and any shift working.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure that all coffee received at the warehouse, will always have a 100% sample taken correctly and in line with the Quality Analysis Procedure.
2. Be responsible that all quality analysis forms are completed correctly at the receiving and sampling stage. The timing of the completed quality analysis form must be within the accepted times. All quality analysis forms must carry the name and signature of the controller who analyzed the sample.
3. Take responsibility that all coffee stored at the warehouse is stacked and stored correctly, therefore avoiding any deterioration in the coffee quality or weight. Any bad affect to quality of coffee in WHS must be informed to WHS/Mill Manger.
4. Fully responsible for different of quality input and output (Yield).
5. Report to Quality manager any issue about corruption or collude with supplier, steal coffee … which have bad effect to company business.
6. Management all QC – staff at Bao Loc is working timely, correct as Acom procedure.
7. Always follow Acom ‘s instruction for Food safety , fire fighting and prevent
8. Ensure full implementation of ISO-22000 standard, Food safety , HACCP .
9. Ensure that all measuring devices and controlling tools that assist the departments within its work are handled with care at all times, as per the manufactures and company instructions.
10. Take responsibility that tools, equipment, protective wear for the department are properly looked after, used correctly and kept in good condition at all times.
11. Take responsibility for creating a database on customers’ requirements, with details concerning cup profile, moisture; maximum authorized defects, etc…

JOB PROFILE/COMPETENCE
Education : Food technology engineer
Experience : 05 years in coffee industry, among that at least 2 years as managerial level.
Communication : Good oral and written communication skills in English
Other skills : Teamwork and good communication with other dept
Computers : Proficiency in MS software (Words/Excel)
