Quality Control and Procurement Manager

Duties and Responsibilities : The job demands a competent and experienced leader who will be responsible for (but not limited to):
80%:
- Supervision of processing nuts at our HCMC facility
- Quality assurance and yield controls, general controlling of key
operation figures
- Quality control and procurement reporting

20%:
Only if applicant shows strong skills, the function is also expanded to:
- Coordination of purchases, production and export activities
- Acquisition of new suppliers, contact to existing suppliers
- Price negotiations and contracting of raw nuts

You are reporting to the head office in Hong Kong.

Very good oral and written English skills is a must-have.
This is a hands-on role and requires someone with minium 3 years demonstrated experience in similar functions. You will be able to work autonomously and be resilient to change. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate must be prepared to travel locally. You must speak/communicate in English, and preferably in Vietnamese.
