Mô tả công việc
- In Hapam Vietnam facility, High Voltage Disconnectors and Switchgear are produced under responsibility of the production manager. The Quality Control and ISO Key Manager works closely with the production manager and will be able to provide technical assistance and advice to the production manager.
- Quality Control and ISO Key Manager will be responsible for Quality Control and documentation on incoming goods, Semi-Finished Products and Finished Products. Writing and Implementation of procedures according to ISO (9001 & 14001) will also be a responsibility.
- Responsible for the quality and final test of the equipment before distributing to customers.
- Will have frequent contact with the head office in The Netherlands for technical assistance.
- At present Hapam Vietnam is in the process of ISO 9001 & 14001 certification. Also the digitalization of Quality control is under progress. The Quality Control and ISO Key Manager has an important central role in the start-up and implementation of these new activities.

Education : University degree in technical field (mechanical/electrical/electronics/QC)
Experience : At least 3 years’ experience, preferable comparable field.
Skills :
- Excellent in English
- Excellent Technical skills (mechanical/electrical/electronics/QC)
- Training and communication skills
- Management skills
- Computer skills (at least Microsoft office)
Work location : Hung Yen
Salary range : Negotiable

Hapam Vietnam operates from modern and well equipped premises which will be extended to increase production capacity. The company is able to produce disconnectors and earthing switches in an efficient, computer-controlled process in order to fulfill the market requirements.
