We are looking for Quality Auditor (Footwear/Apparel/Equipment) with following key responsibilities:
Understand the VF Quality Management vision, strategic goals and fully aware of its respective roles & responsibilities as relate to Quality Management.
Execute continuous improvement plans at the factory through proper quality initiatives, prevention and risk management.
Must be able to directly influence factory Quality Management System through a close working relationship with key vendor and factory quality personnel.
Be accountable for delivering consistently high-quality product as measured through all QM KPIs/Metrics.
Job location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. This role would include a minimum travel of 80%.

The Ideal Candidate should:
Have 5 years relevant experience.
Have Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Quality Management / Logistics / Mathematics.
Communicate in English well in both its written and oral forms.
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
Have Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Be familiar with 5S / ISO 9001 / 8D problem solving.
Have sewing, Construction and Factory Operations Knowledge.
Have 5 years relevant experience.
Have Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Quality Management / Logistics / Mathematics.
Communicate in English well in both its written and oral forms.
