Quality Assurance Supervisor

• Act as leader and focal point for all QA matters Be responsible for drafting and editing Quality procedures following <IATF - ISO/TS 16949 - 14001>.
• Maintain, update, prepare procedures and draft operating instructions in accordance with corporate regulations
• Support QC team
• Liaise with the Client on all project quality related matters.
• Evaluate and monitor suppliers
• Define and manage all necessary actions to achieve quality targets in the relevant areas
• Promote the use of professional Quality tools, principles and objectives within the projects.

• Background: Engineering Degree or equivalent
• 5 years of experience as QAQC Manager in Automotive industry;
• Very Good English level both spoken and written, Japanese will be a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong Leadership
• Good working knowledge of: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D report, Problem solving tools (5Why, PDCA analysis, Fishbone diagram, 4M, etc)
• Knowledge of sectorial regulations <IATF - ISO/TS 16949 - 14001> will be a plus
