Department : Manufacturing
Reporting to : QA Lead
Working location : Binh Duong Plant
A. General job scope:
Handle about analytical part of QA Department and can implement from Quality Policy general requirement convert into SOP for Site.
B. Main responsibilities:
+ Develop analytical testing part can meet standard method as Manufacturer standard Site/ IL6S requirement. All parameter focus about for biscuit product (moisture, pH, water activity; stack high; color; leaking and burst test ; salt content). can learn general SOP for global Team/ Manufacturer and based on current practice to develop SOP in Site
+ Control and tracking cost for QA Department: use COUPA system to raise PR/PO and follow up to GR step; tracking cost every month
+ HACCP document control: work with cross function for minor change from HACCP Plans; update HACCP annual; make plan and arrange HACCP verification yearly
+ Manage and make master plan for: PEM (Pathogen environmental Monitoring); non-PEM (Hygienic Monitoring Program); Water follow quality policy requirement
+ Quality document control: verify active document on Quality system; arrange document code on Link. This is requirement can control to ensure don't use ineffective version but can meet requirement save document in 10 year
+ Verify and tracking on time for Calibration master plan in progress with person in charge
+ All other duties as required

Yêu cầu ứng viên
+ Bachelor's degree: Food technology, Biotechnology or micro-technology
+ At least 2 years experience in QA Dept.
+ Good command of English
+ Computer: Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
+ Can work under high pressure
+ Good communication, team work, leadership skills and well-organized
