Quality Assurance (QA)

MAIN FUNCTION
• In charge of ISO 9001 for company.
• In charge of internal control for company.
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality inspection systems.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Monitor risk management activities.
• Responsible for document management systems.
• Supporting all other departments for related scopes.
• In charge of all reports related to department functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make internal audit plan and conduct internal audit periodically.
• Report internal audit results to Leader, consulting and proposing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with ISO team members for all the activities of quality management process (create, review and improve document control system, SOPs, forms,) and internal control.
• Contact with consultant agencies, certification agency in maintaining and improving the quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015.
• Develop and/or improve key performance indicators (KPI’s) relating to quality function.

• Proficient in PC skills and the business systems relevant to the position to enable the identification of operational problems.
• English skill in communicating by speaking, writing, listening and reading.

REQUIREMENT
• Graduated with Bachelor degree or higher.
• Solid knowledge and experience in QMS/ISO 9001.
• Have great interest in continuous improvement process.
• Have Internal Auditor ISO 9001 certificate is an advantage.
• Tertiary qualifications with relevant work experience or knowledge of forwarding, logistics industry processes and practices with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the same industry.
• At least 5 years working experience and 2 years’ experience in QA.

**Working condition & Policy

- Working Place : Quang Minh Industrial Zone, Me Linh District, Hanoi city,
- Net salary : (13 months a year plus annual performance bonus)
- Insurance : 24 hours insurance, Social insurance, Health Care insurance
- Transportation : Daily bus arrangement (to office and back to home)
- Working time : Mon - Fri > 8:00 - 12:00 <> 13:00 - 17:35 (close on Sat & Sun)

- Net salary: (13 months a year plus annual performance bonus)
- Insurance: 24 hours insurance, Social insurance, Health Care insurance
- Transportation: Daily bus arrangement (to office and back to home)
