Quality Assurance Officer

Roles of position (Main Function)
• In charge of quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 and internal control for HAN branch, KLV.
Key Responsibilities (Detailed Job Description)
• Make internal audit plan and conduct internal audit periodically.
• Report internal audit results to superior, consulting and proposing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with ISO team members for all the activities of quality management process (create, review and improve document control system, SOPs, forms, …).
• Contact & coordinate with consultanting agencies, certification agency in maintaining and improving the quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015.
• Develop and/or improve key performance indicators (KPI’s) relating to quality function.
• Incharge of internal control of HAN branch & KLV.
• Conduct training on ISO requirement, documentation for new staff.
• Other works assigned by superior.

• Ensure conduct is in full compliance with all company workplace policies and legislative workplace requirements.

• Recommend improvements in processes and procedures to Manager to ensure the best quality of service.

Position Specification/Requirement
Education & Experience
• Graduated with Bachelor degree or higher.
• Solid knowledge and experience in QMS/ISO 9001.
• Have Internal Auditor ISO 9001 certificate is an advance.
• Tertiary qualifications with relevant work experience or knowledge of forwarding, logistics industry processes and practices with a minimum of two (2) years experience in the same industry.
• At least 5 years working experience and 2 years experience in quality assurance field.

Skill/ Capacity
• Proficient in PC skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• English skill (intermidiate level): speaking, writing, listening and reading.
• Being able to work under high pressure.
