Purpose:
Monitor every phase of the product development process so as to ensure design quality, make sure the process adheres to the standards set by the company.
Job Description:
• Monitoring and recoding our procedures and policies for all ERP projects implementation.
• Attend all key milestone of project at client side.
• Review all templates of project before sending to clients.
• Report to the Operation Manager directly every week.

Job requirement:
• Knowledge CMMI level 3 needed or prefer QA for software development.
• Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or Quality Management or Process Management major.
• Have a good quality mindset.
• Have at least 01 year of experience in Process Quality Assurance or Developer/Tester.
• Be competent in reading guidelines and making reports in English.
• Good communication in English.
• Very careful and detail-oriented.
• Problem-solving skill and communication skill, team work, be able to communicate coherently and persuasively.
• Flexible and patience, be able to work in different contexts.
• High sense of responsibility, can work under pressure.
