We are looking for Quality Assurance Manager (Footwear/Apparel/Equipment) who will play a key part to drive all the quality and technical initiatives and ensure they are executed according to the strategic plan. In addition, through the building up of the team to further improve the efficiency of the vendors, cost, and quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities includes:
Quality Management,
Strategic Role Relationship Building,
People Management (5 team members).
Job location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. This role would include a minimum travel of 80%.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
The Ideal Candidate should:
Have 10 years relevant experience and 5 years in supervisory role.
Have Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Quality Management / Logistics / Mathematics.
Communicate in English well in both its written and oral forms.
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
Have Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Be familiar with 5S / ISO 9001 / 8D problem solving.
Have knowledge in SPC, CPK and Six Sigma disciplines (FMEA would be advantageous).
Have sewing, Construction and Factory Operations Knowledge.
Have 10 years relevant experience and 5 years in supervisory role.
