Quality Assurance Manager

We seek someone with strong leadership skills and in-depth footwear knowledge to manage teams across our multiple partner factories in Ho Chi Minh City.

We seek people who:
• Guide factories on continuous improvement initiatives, introducing new concepts in manufacturing, to maintain a high level of quality
• Monitor factory performance through established key performance indicators
• Develop and deliver monthly summary reports highlighting strengths and opportunities for improvement

We seek people with these qualifications:
• Degree in Footwear Technology from an accredited institution
• 5-10 years experience in a management role leading teams
• Proficient in written and spoken English required
• Spoken Mandarin preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Ability to occasionally travel within Vietnam and China for support and training
