Reporting: Project Manager
Purpose
Development and implementation of Quality control processes and procedures, ensuring activities are compliant with ISO standards, internal processes & procedures, and satisfy corporate, client, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Includes but not limited to the following:
• Establish quality & reliability standards ensuring compliance with legislation and railway standards
• Implement and maintain database of defects, corrective actions during all stages of the project (Design, Procurement, Construction, T&C)
• Define and review processes for quality, including document control, non-conformance tracking, and defects follow-up
• Establish lessons learnt resource and provide briefing to teams accordingly
• Produce quality deliverables for periodic Quality, Safety Health Environment reports to clients
• Undertake project audits, especially on document control processes, non-conformance follow-up and defects follow-up processes
• Promote culture of “quality is everyone’s responsibility” throughout the projects departments
• Direct project staff engaged in testing and measuring product, tabulating the data relating product quality, materials
• Monitor performance by collecting relevant information, analysing and preparing statistical reports
• Determine relevant quality associated training requirements
• Monitor production and control of Inspection and Test Plans within projects
• Ensure that the inspection and testing plans are implemented at various stages in the project life cycle
• Implement quality system of the company to be certified by ISO 9001.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor or higher with 15 years of working experience and 10 years of experience at Quality Assurance position
• Strong understanding of quality management system and ISO standards
• Experience in setting up and managing Quality systems
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong computer skills
