Mô tả công việc

 Define, customize the software development process in the projects based on the company
process
 Monitor process compliance
 Periodically perform process audit and product audit
 Prepare QA reports and send to Managers or clients as needed
 Consult client, Project managers, other members for process, templates, checklists
 Track the implementation of QMS, CMMI, quality standards in departments and
organization
 Train other members for the process, related tools and techniques

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education and/or Experience
 Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant major
 Nice to have more than 1 year experiences of software development process, quality
assurance (QA) or similar role
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
 Knowledge of QA process audit, product audit, statistic, quality report and analysis
 Knowledge of QA system development and implementation
 Excellent cooperation and communication skills
 Responsible and proactive
 Ability to work independently
 Proficiency in English
