Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate with all departments to explain/support/monitor on action plan related to documentation in QMS.
- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements for external suppliers.
- Support QA manager to ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and legislation:
• Verify mill cert of all raw materials prior to receipt
• Verify quality document of finished goods before shipping
• Verify quality document of outsourced processes before delivery to customer
- In charge of finished goods document control for both hard copies and soft copies.
- Drawing copies control including A0 drawings in production shop floor.
- Complete quality document including inspection reports and CoC for each part and timely upload it in customers’ portal before goods received.
- Control of part serial numbers provided by customers and distribute correctly to production for engraving and inspectors for stamping.
- Prepare and print out bar code label for all parts and stick on each part and wooden box when packing.
- Support QMS manager for setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
- Performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
- Support QA manager to Manage & Development of all OHSE Documents, Practices and Procedures in accordance with company mission and appropriate International Standards.
- Working closely with all machinists, helpers, team members and employees, actions and outcomes to ensure the company achieves its mission, strategy and objectives.

* Requirements:
- University/ College degree of Technical/ Industrial
- Minimum 3 year experience control Quality Management System
- Knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 14001, control document, internal audit , external audit
- Can read and understand industrial standards as API, ASTM
- Fair English in communication, writing, reading
