Quality Assurance Analyst (IT)

1. Analysis & Scripting
- Evaluate, and plan the tests for all assigned solutions. 
- Design and develop the manual script for each test. 
- Determine and verify dependence of each test case. 
- Determine and verify the inter-dependence among test case in the same solution and/or across multiple solutions. 
- Discuss and conclude the effectiveness of the test script with the project team as well as business users. 
- Set the acceptance level for the result of each test.
- Set the requirement on data and environment for each test. 

2. Automation Planning 
- Work together with the QA analyst to define the script for test case, determine which manual script can be automated. 
- Work with the QA Automator to automate those test cases capable for automation. 

3. Test Automation
- Work with the QA Engineer to verify the steps in automation being the same as the manual script for test cases. 
- Confirm the effectiveness of the report from the Test Automation System. 

4. Reporting
- Work together with QA Tester for the report for the testing result. 
- Analyze the test result, quality trend of in-house and/or vendor to publish the QA improvement plan and reports for in-house development teams as well as solution vendors. 
- Work with QA Manager to determine and setup the mechanism on monitoring and improving the service quality from IT department.

5. Service Quality
- Work with QA Manager to determine and setup the mechanism on monitoring and improving the service quality from IT department.

- University degree in IT, Computer Mathematics or related subjects.
- Minimum 4 years experience majority on analysis related to quality assurance.
- Solid experience on scripting for manual test as well as automated test.
- Experience on finance system and securities trading system is a must.
- Experience on writing test report.
- Business analysis experience on deriving the project requirements is an advantage. 
- Experience using SQL on access data for testing, preparing test data.
