QS Staff ( Làm Việc Với Tổng Thầu Huyndai) - Vega Nha Trang

1) Report to Technical Procurement Manager & Commercial Procurement Manager for all issues related to planning
2) Support Technical Procurement Manager & Commercial Procurement Manager for his all role & responsibilities
3) Prepare of progress interim payment
4) Prepare identification and analysis of the technical & commercial requirements of the project
5) Prepare to follow-up and coordination of engineering and technical &commercial matter with other team
6) Investigate any changes in the scope of work and assessing the relevant impact on costs and schedule
7) Prepare technical & commercial bid evaluation process for sub-contractor and supplier selection
8) Prepare the technical & commercial bid evaluation result report
9) Preparation of tender documentation for selection sub-contractor and sub-contractor
10) Preparation of Letter of Awards & sub-contract agreement
11) Preparation of sub-contractor's progress payment
12) Taking out project all quantities
13) Any issue related to Planning department

1) A bachelor’s degree in a university or its equivalent in an architectural engineering or architecture to internationally
recognized standards
2) With a minimum of five (5) years of total experience in relevant field as Contractor
3) With a minimum of three (3) years of total experience in international main Contractor
4) Ability in the English language shall be Excellent for both oral and written
