QS Mechanical Engineer For Building & Factory

- Read and understand ITB
- Estimate quantity from drawings
- Contact suppliers, subcontractors to get quotation
- Make tender documents as requested by ITB
- Build cost & technical database for work
- Look for and build relationship with suppliers, subcontractors.
- Other tasks assigned by Leaders.

********* Working Place: Posco E&C Vietnam's Office in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Phuoc Thien Ward, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province (having shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh, Ba Ria- Vung Tau to Nhon Trach and come back).
********* Working time: From Monday to Friday (07:30AM - 05:00PM. Wednesday: 7:30AM - 04:30PM).

- College/University graduation, major in Thermal Refrigerant Technology/Water Supply & Drainage or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of working experience in MEP estimation work;
- Having good knowledge in HVAC, Fire and P&S is a priority;
- Analytical and problem solving skills, effective communications skills, proficient highly level & time management skills;
- Good English skills;
- Excellent in computer skills and specialized software.

- Bonus: ~ 02 months of salary /year
- Review Salary Yearly, 2 working years +01 annual leave
- Incentive: based on business performance of the company
