Mô tả công việc
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Standard Method of Measurement daily works;
- Reach a professional standard in description / measuring / bulk check quantities of MEP trades accurately;
- Highly understand the level of rate, be able to do built up unit rate of MEP trades accurately;
- Review professional designs in order to determine whether design is sufficient for BQ measurement;
- Search material sources / adequate design for potential project;
- Follow up and update material prices trend on market;
- Do cost analysis record of project/ summary of project quantities;
- Be able to do Value Engineering (VE);
- Improve and manage the cost database and other operation databases;
- Take on active role in the procurement of materials;
- Monitor, manage and check Bill of quantity (BQ), Pre-Tender Estimation (PTE), Tender Documentation, Cost Estimation, Cost Plan, Contract package;
- Prepare & review Payment Certificates, Final Account, Variation Orders to contractors;
- Prepare & review Final Account, Variation Orders to consultants;
- Prepare financial reports;
- Prepare tender reports;
- Complete Tender Document, Contract Documentation and other reports to high standard;
- Attend project meetings with contractor / consultants to make sure the company’s requirements are fulfilled;
- Follow up with consultant team post meeting to make sure the company’s requirements are met;
- Be able to propose finishing schedule for project;
- Be able to schedule the workload of the team;
- Be able to understand the project overview;
- Be able to advise and present matters to CEO & Directors;
- Demonstrate an understanding of contractual issues and to show an ability to prepare contractual letters;
- Be able to prepare outgoing docs to QA/QC standard; and
- Show ability for training Quantity Surveyors;
- Be able to manage the workload and to assign the task of the team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 3 year experience as QS Manager for consultant and/or developer
- University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Economics
- Good analytic skill and negotiation skill
- Good English 4 skills
