QS Manager

Report to: General Director and General Managers

Working location: Mostly Ho Chi Minh Office

Roles:
- Be able to make Target Cost Plan and rough estimation precisely
- Be able to make Tender Analysis and Tender Estimation Schedule
- Be able to make Tender Management Plan with winning strategy
- Keeping in touch with sub-contractors, suppliers, partners to build up a competitive tender price with detailed BOQ
- Be able to build up cost databases

- Graduated from Engineering University
- At least 5 years experiences in same position
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- Used to work at tender division of construction company will be an dvantage
- Flexible in teamwork and integrity
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule to meet deadlines.
- Possess good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Co-ordinate with design/project team and other departments in the said works.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor contractual records with Contractor and suppliers are in compliance to protect company interest at all times.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
