QS Engineer (Work in Quang Ngai)

QS Engineer will be in charge of following task:

• Responsible for quantity taking off from the tender drawings and cross-check the provided quantities;
• Calculate Bill of Quantity and Cost Estimation of tender;
• Collect and formulate Database Library of Cost, Project and Material
Primarily deal with project employer/ consultant and subcontractors regarding payment issues;
• Prepare, compile and submit progress claim in timely manner including updating payment records;
• Check & prepare progress payment certificates for all sub-contractors including site valuations with supervisors;
• Other duties as assigned by Leaders.

• College/University graduation, major in Civil Engineer/Arch/Mechanical or equivalent;
• At least 4 years of experience in similar position;
• Experience in BOQ Analysis, Billing, Tender Bids & Claims preparation for construction projects;
• Good knowledge of concerned regulations in Construction field;
• Fair command of English;
• High sense of responsibility, willing to work overtime and under high pressure;
• Be able to work individually and as part of a team;

- Bonus (~ 02 months of salary /year)
