Mô tả công việc
- Provide overall coordination of staff and activities in PE Team
- Establish and maintain centralized records of all aspects associated with PE Team
- Liaison with other departments, particularly the site team other business team
- Interact and manage with the contractor and consultant
- Make bidding document and proceed bidding procedure with HQ oversea planning team
- Evaluate VO and intern payment of contractor and consultant
- Review and monitoring site construction progress
- Review drawing, contract document with site engineer
- Carry out completion certification work with contractor and consultant
- Survey market price of material and equipment with design team
- Make team annual plan and check progress
- Coordinate document system with document controller
- Performing other job related duties as necessary or assigned

- Graduate from university ( Bachelor's degree)
- Define problems collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions to improve profitability
- Certificates or license relevant to the works
- Proficient in professional computer software such as MS Office, Auto Cad.
- Good at English both oral and written
- Priority for candidates with experience in Architect Quantity survey and Planning Manager (Exp: Apartment, villa or commercial buildings)
