QS Assistant

On grounds of the continuous expansion demand for more dynamic, professional and dedicated staff, we are looking for and making the opportunity for QS Assistant - Real Estate Development/Investment candidates joining our project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Take control of feasibility studies to identify the costs involved in the project.
• Manage of all costs, budgets and contracts/tender documentation associated with the residential project to keep project on time and within the budget.
• Manage the finances for any kind of feasibility studies, plans and budgets related to the project
• Provide cash flow data to arrange the finances needed for stages of the project
• Evaluate and estimate cost effects on changes to the project occur
• Assist to provide all aspects of quantity surveying and contract administration services including budgets, cost estimate, cost control, tender documentation, and settlement of final accounts
• Handle in preparation and review of draft contracts/agreements, assessment of variations, measurement, payments, estimating and cost control
• Monitor performance of external QS consultant
• Carry out site inspections and take records for preparation of variation claims
• Review all consultant submitted cost estimates, cost plans and cost reconciliations
• Maintain proper coordination among different internal teams
• Ensure all construction and costs fall within the budget, and make effective cost-control recommendations
• Liaise with clients and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers and with others to make sure no setbacks or difficulties arise and ensure to achieve the project's deliverable without unnecessary delays
• Other assignments from line manager and the Management

• A holder of degrees in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 05 years’ relevant experience in real estate development projects
• Residential experiences are advantages
• Good communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent in speaking and written English
