Build up a strong quality system and ensure compliance based on fulfillment in implementing all requirement of Government, company, BRC/ IFS, customer; lead team to conduct multi audit prototypes at plants and conduct the management reviews, sharing to continuously improve the system for 3 factories in Vietnam
1. Quality Management system
- Create, standardize, review and update quality system at country level
- Integration quality system at all plants to country level, ensure documentation fully in use and easy to apply
- Plan for documentation reviewing regularly for all company to ensure effectiveness of system
- Be leader in quality management system improvement in country level
2. Compliance
- Monthly update local law/ regulation of country export to relevant department and take action properly
- Ensure quality activity in company comply with local law/ BRC/ ISP standard/ customer requirement
- Provide supporting document for sale/ customer or other departments as required
- Control company/ customer specification
3. Audit activity
- Develop and maintain a companywide audit process and schedule
- Lead and standardize all audit at factory: internal audit/ cross plant audit, GMP,…
- Plan and participate to management review of all factory, highlight quality and food safety concerns and action needed
- Facilitate for all external audit: Government, certification body, customer audit,…
- Ensure all CAP complete and findings/ non-conformity prevented
4. GMP activity
Job Description
- Support factory team to design the CIP (cleaning in place) method: cleaning tools/ chemical/ duration/ frequency/ man power to ensure food safety of factory
- Follow up and evaluate the effectiveness of cleaning weekly and improvement/ change if needed
5. Reporting
- QA weekly/ monthly report
- GMP report
- Upload testing result certificate to Intersnack Quality system
Other duties are assigned by the CO QAM

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Able to communicate in English is preferable
• At least 1 years experience in same position.
• Experience in food industry is advantage
• Problem solving.
