QC Technician Microbiology (Đi làm theo ca)

JOB SUMMARY

Being responsible for test in TBV for achievement of company goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Being responsible:

- Sterility test

- Biological Indicator test

- Bioburden test

- Endotoxin test

- Identification Bacteria test

- Environment monitoring

Skill Set #1

• Test operation of incoming sample ( API/ Filter/ Material relate to test of QC/ect)

• Test operation of in-process (Water Injection/Filling sample/ Trima product before Sterility/ect).

• Test operation of finished products.

• Manufacturing environment measurement.

• Sampling samples, confirm and record samples information, handling samples before and after test.

• Reference products.

• Sampling samples to investigate of OOS/NC.

• Inventory the quantity of raw materials in stock of QC.

• Control of all records related to test including inspection records.

• Control of all records related to equipment for test.

• Ensuring security of test operation.

• 5S for working area.

• Other work-related QC.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Graduate college (prefer food technology, science course) at least

Skills

• Experience of test/inspection.

• Basic specific knowledge regarding science.

• High communication ability.

Equipment

• Basic PC operation (Word, Excel, etc)
