Mô tả công việc
- Fully understand about product specification, process flow and special requirement for Korean seafood market.
- In charge of quality control from raw material to finished product in the factory.
- Checking the whole processing process step by step.
- Report internally and directly to head quarter during processing period.
- Coordinate with factory to solve any problem occur
- Make reports about every quality related issues during inspection time.
- In charge of quality control from raw material to finished product in the factory.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have University background in Food Technology, Quality management system or related field.
- Preferably male, candidates aged 25 to 35 years old
- Intermediate English (4 skills).
- Strong knowledge of shrimp and seafood business.
- Have good network and relationship with Seafood Factories.
- Basic knowledge of quality management system such as HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, IFS.,
- Have at least 3 years’ experience working as QA/QC in shrimp factory, auditor or inspector in shrimp processing field.
- Good health for business trip in province around HCM City.
- Hard working, able to work under pressure, self-motivated, responsive, detail minded.
