Mô tả công việc
- To manage the whole QC lab, including
+ training and assessment on all QC staff; provide instruction and coaching to the lab members, ensure proper task distribution and high performance
+ control and supervise the QC operations / analysing processes
+ definition of team goals to meet customer needs and ensure efficiency / review & compiling QC KPIs for SQMR
+ provide training for all sampling activities
- Ensure that all the activities of the QC lab are in line with external and internal Bayer regulations including HSE (this includes the timely transformation of new regulations into local SOPs).
- Set up efficient and compliant systems for sampling, testing & documentation and processing of test results (applying principles of Data Integrity), sample and document retention, stability testing, deviation & CAPA management, change management, test method validation as well as support for cleaning validation
- Provide input for investment project new site from QC perspective
- Planning / control of QC budget & invest for new equipment
- To ensure lab safety and the continued success of the 5S (Operational Excellence)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in the Chemistry or related subjects, at least 5 years working experience in the same or related positions.
- Familiar with GMP/GLP and professional in Lab-instrument-handling
- Knowledge in ISO 17025, Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
Competencies required:
- Leadership and problem solving skills
- Strong collaboration and problem solving skills.
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
