QC Staff (Garment, Knitted)

- Mainly responsible for quality of garments, work in factories.
- Conduct in-line quality inspection to assure products meet quality standards and requirement of buyer.
- Work with factories to quickly find out defects and give solutions on time.
- Co-ordinate with sourcing/merchandising team about quality of materials, finished garments.
- Give technical advice to factories to avoid quality issues.
- Often check to make sure specifications is acceptable.
- Check quality of fabrics and other materials (if needed)
- Check samples quality before sending to buyer.

- 5 years of experience in garment/textile industry.
- Prefer candidates having experience with lingerie, swimwear.
- Having knowledge in QA/QC and garment manufacturing process.
- Strong knowledge of technical, pattern, able to work and give sewing instruction.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Capable to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Willing to work onsite and travel frequently between factories.
