QC Staff - Customer Quality Engineer (700$ - 900$)

Our client is a well-known Japanese invested company with office in Hanoi. They are looking for a Quality Control Staff/ Supervisor with the following details:
What will you do:

* Work closely with customer to fully understand their business from a quality perspective.
* Internalize customer feedback regarding quality and reliability performance against customer requirements.
* Escalate potential issues to the management to avoid customer crisis and ensure quality.
* Complete customer complaint analysis and facilitate the efforts to identify the root cause and implement corrective or preventive actions.
* Review FA and co-develop 8D reports to well mange customer-facing communications.
* Help identify opportunities to improve processes between Customer and company such as Product Qualification, Spec & Document review, and Auditing etc.
* Improve efficiency via KPI metrics optimization and monitoring product quality performance.
* Improve quality management system continuously based on PDCA cycle.
* Report to Japanese General Director

What will you need:
*Bachelor or above, majored in Electrical/electronic, mechanical, industrial Engineering or material science.
*Working knowledge of quality management systems and experience with support of new product development and manufacturing.
*Minimum 3 years of customer quality engineering experience
*Fluent in spoken and written english.
*Able to read, write, and speak Korean is a plus
*Proven ability to work with both external and internal customers
*Data mining skills using tools such as JMP, SAS, Minitab

Nice to have:
*Handset Systems Knowledge.
*Skilled in test method development and validation.
*Solid competency in statistical methods and demonstrated successful application of continuous improvement tools (MSA/Gage R&R, SPC, Process Capability Studies, DOE, FMEA, etc)
